Silcom Warehouse

We were commissioned to design new offices and a warehouse for Silcom. The client specializes in the manufacturing of communication cables.

The brief was to incorporate the new buildings on the existing operation site. This allowed us the opportunity to re-configure the old structures to best suit the client's need. Natural light and ventilation were major role-players when we designed the warehouse. The office building responds to the existing offices and creates a new courtyard area. The maneuvering of vehicles was another major consideration, we used this to our advantage to free up green space surrounding the offices.
